The location. The ladies could go shopping while I took a break at the gym and we all relaxed in the swimming pool at the end of the day. And the Saturday breakfast was delicious, beyond believe. Sad to write the Sunday breakfast was... normal. Not bad, but compared with the previous day, it kind of disappointed. After having quiche and omelettes the first day, plain bacon and scramble eggs was... eh... the second day. Had it been the same breakfast, it would have been an easy 10 out of 10.

Very clean. Traveled with my dog. Plenty of grass and very well maintained.

Extremely clean. I loved how the bedsheets smelled so clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and treated you with respect. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!

The property looks new from the outside but the rooms are dirty. There were visible stains in the bathroom, living too walls and window shades, and the kitchen area was also not very well cleaned. I booked a stay with a different hotel.

My first hotel experience at this relatively new hotel in Waco, conveniently located via I-35, is highly recommended. Booked the King Size Suite. The layout of 500+ square feet is favorably utilized. A very spacious kitchen & family room layout, with all of the necessary kitchenware to nearly cook a complete meal, inclusive of a 2-party table setting for dining. Albeit a handicapped suite due to full booking for a N one night wknd stay, the complete layout was well appointed. Highly recommend this hotel location when visiting Waco, TX.
