Very disappointing. We stopped here for a night and checked into our room that had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We called down to desk to try and get another room instead they called housekeeper who came up to spray lavender. The scent lasted maybe 25 minutes before the smell came back and soaked into all of our clothes and suitcases. Did not appreciate the staff not even making an effort to find a more acceptable room after patronizing the Hilton brand. Would not recommend this property.

The staff were all very professional and super helpful. We had a death in the family and they were very accommodating and very sympathetic to our situation.

This property is so cute and we loved our stay. Breakfast was super yummy. The only problem was our AC unit. It wouldn’t stay cold in the evening and then the second night it didn’t work at all so it was pretty warm in our room. Loved the bathroom amenities. The smell of them were lovely. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

We came to Waco bc of a family member illness , we booked at the last minute. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family, Jon checked us in along with the manager. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we had to. 10/10 recommend.

That it had things for kids to do No pool. Extremely hot. Under staffed. Room smelt like an old ash tray and urine

Very good

The parking convenience and easy to get to the front receptionist. The receptionist was very helpful. There was a horrible smell as soon as you walk into the building (dirty mop smell). The restroom was not clean. We found a dirty razor in the bathroom and a dirty toilet.

It was an ok hotel. I wasn’t impressed that the hotel did not have a pool which was a big deal to me. It was partially my fault for not looking closer and checking but I never considered a hotel wouldn’t have one. There were some cleanliness issues and the shower head didn’t work. So over all it wasn’t that great of a stay. Probably won’t choose a tru hotel again.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay

We were out and about some of the time, when we got back to the hotel the staff was friendly & helpful, checked in to see if we needed anything. Location was perfect for my job. Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Hotel didn't really look luxurious on the inside. Service was ok, staff were helpful.

The electrical door system was out of service. The staff could not issue us door cards to enter or exit the room during the duration of the stay. The door key would have allowed us more lighting in the entry way. The lights do not activate unless you have a door key. No extra blankets. Ask for two. The A/C unit worked but had a buzzing/rattling noise all night. Did not get much sleep. Asked for rolling kart but staff stated they have one but did not know where it was. There were only a few kleenex tissues left in the box in the bathroom. The hotel was clean but at times even these things that I mentioned become an inconvenience. I traveled from San Antonio to attend a funeral in Clifton for Saturday. I arrived at the hotel on Friday. I am hoping my details/review is an opportunity to assess these things for a better stay next time. Thank you.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. And I paid more for this stay than I EVER pay for other hotels. The sheets looked rumpled and did not feel or smell as if they had been washed. I literally slept on a bath towel instead of touching the sheets. The common areas of the hotel were dingy, hot, and smelly. This hotel taught me to choose the reservation that allows me to cancel without losing money. It was a nightmare.
