Great staff Bad cleaning

My husband and I stayed for two nights while helping our son move into his dorm and attend orientation. My favorite was the smell of the atrium as soon as we walked in every day. It smelled like powder but not too strong. I am very sensitive to smells and never had a problem here. Very beautiful grounds as well. Breakfast was amazing also. Well worth what we paid for the two nights and I highly recommend.

Location. Bathroom was moldy

Checking in was nightmare, staff at check-in put credit card through three times with wrong expiration date and then put on my husband 's card, we asked for a full cleaning and they didn't vacuum or sweep the floors. We have been going there for years but I think it might be under new management. I called my credit card and they said my card was showing pending charges as well as my husband. They told me to tell the desk to cancel the pending on my card and they said they didn't have to. They kept saying my card was declined and would not even check. Not sure if I will go back there. Totally different from last time.

Building looks older. Breakfast was repetitive.( same food for 7 days). No pool. No fan in the restroom. Not enough napkins. Also no sound proof so could hear all sorts of sound from the corridor, next room and even hears the toilet flush from upper floor and next room. Couldn't get enough sleep at night

Additionally, it is right next to Lynnfield Marketplace, so if you are in the mood for shopping it is a great place to stay.

Convenient location. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Nothing. I despised that the staff have no empathy for children with asthma and allergies. My two children were put through hell sleeping in a floor where pets are allowed to stay. Despite me asking for another room, the staff denied my request.

Breakfast is like no other , even better that any restaurant

Staff was very helpful, and accommodating. The manager was very engaged, checking in on guests during breakfast, asking if anyone needed anything. Rooms reasonably priced, and in a great location near the shopping square. Refreshing cucumber water. Could have a better variety and consistency with breakfast. During my recent visit, breakfast options were the same each day. First day the potatos were cooked well and seasoned, next day they weren't as enjoyable, not as seasoned and some under cooked.
