The location of the hotel is really nice. The room was nice and clean. We were on holiday through Europe and this was our 2nd time staying in Austria. I mention this because we weren't accustomed to the way Austrians function. The reception didn't told us that guests need to stay at a reserved spot under their name when they come down for breakfast. We thought it's the same way as it is for other countries, you notify the room name and sit wherever you find a free table. Therefore it was an unpleasant incident we recall here. If you're like us and you don't like chit chat before you had your coffee, the staff here will be more than you can chew with so many guidelines. If you however like to be told where to sit and what to order for breakfast, this is the right spot for you. The second thing that was annoying. This is the kind of place that starts vacuuming first thing in the morning. We stayed only one night, but it was unpleasant to hear the vaccum against my door at 8.

Family run. Nice warm feel. Great staff. For over €200 the bedroom was a bit on the tired side. Along with the bathroom.

The hotel is very well located, 5 min by car to the cable car Sonnenkopf. The host and all the staff are very nice and friendly. The food at restaurant is delicious. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

The hotel was super clean, pretty and inviting with a cosy buzz of conviviality. Staff were utterly delightful, warm and chatty, service was excellent. The food was great too: beautifully presented and abundant evening meal, ample and diverse breakfasts. We tried to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked. Not unsurprisingly. A great find. Will return.

Wonderful location for a few days in the alps. The hotel was everything we needed, and our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great breakfast included and the option to eat there in the evenings too. Nothing

Due to the poor snow conditions, one had to travel to St Anton to find snow. However, the hotel is great and the meals are wonderful. The staff is very friendly. The location is beautiful. Nice sauna, too! I wish I could have had more advice about local ski areas.
