The location is amazing, you can cut through a side street and be at the lake in a couple minutes. I never interacted with the staff but I was able to check in late/ out early no problem. The decor is dated but everything felt clean. The shower stall was a bit small, I think.

We chose Bella Vista primarily for it's very convenient location, right in the middle of town. A very short walk for eating out and enjoying a wine bar. Parking availability is a real bonus too Room size, small -although it had everything we needed for a very short stay, a comfy bed and nice clean bathroom

The location, the layout of the room, the comfort of the bed, the wonderful jetted bathtub. Everything was superb! Tom was hospitable and accommodatable for an early arrival. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Nothing. it was excellent.

We loved our stay here. Clean comfortable. It’s in the heart of the main area of town for dining and beautiful Lake Wanaka is only a block away. Perfect for us! Parking os tight but they provide more spots in back with easy access to the property so was not a big deal

Great location in town . Very clean unit. Well looked after. Just needs somewhere other than wash basin to clean dishes. Small unit for the price ( compact studio ) but Wanaka accommodation all seems overpriced.
