Great location, roomy apartment, with sauna!

The location and the sauna was great. Unfortunately, this was the worst stay I've had in a while. Mainly due to the service and management. 1. Property was not fully functional: - blinds in the living room were missing or not working. This means no privacy, since the windows were ceiling to floor windows. - there was an electricity trip on our first day there, and the heaters continued to not work well (or there were no clear instructions on how to use them properly, despite numerous calls). The fireplace in the living room would trip occasionally, the aircon either stayed in the cool mode (rooms downstairs) or heating mode (room upstairs), so our family were either very hot or very cold at night. 2.⁠ ⁠Misleading service offering (no housekeeping, even though it was listed as "daily housekeeping") 3.⁠ ⁠No communication for 3 months. There was no response on the booking.com chat, or emails. 4.⁠ ⁠⁠We highlighted these issues to the manager, but his response was that it was our fault for booking the accommodation on booking.com (third party), rather than booking directly with them.

A luxury apartment with everything you need. Incredible views We just couldn’t get the soundbar connected to the TV and the sound out of the TV is very poor. If the owners could just have an explanation how to connect the surround sound to TV that will be great.

My family and I very much enjoyed this property. It is beautiful and very well kept! Wanaka is a beautiful place and we felt lucky to be so close to the water. The kitchen, living room and outdoor table was amazing. The sauna and grill was a huge plus! Thanks for having us! No complaints at all!

The location was excellent and the apartment was beautifully appointed with all you need. The master bed was very, very soft.

Lovely, spacious modern house in a great location only a couple of minutes stroll to the lake and town centre with stunning views. Well equipped and with comfortable living space. would have scored this place a 10 aside from a few niggles; The toilet cistern in the main bathroom ‘ran’ constantly and kept noisily refilling all night which the agents could not get repaired during our 4 day stay. The instructions for the sauna missed out the 5 minute automatic cut out which meant that that you had to keep returning to the sauna every 5 minutes to switch it back on while it warmed up. it took us 3 days to work out that it wasn’t just faulty. The property manager decided to creosote the timber cladding at the property from about 7:45am on the Sunday of our stay - a noisy and surprising wake up seeing a man on a ladder outside our bedroom window - and the unit smelt so badly of creosote that we could barely stay indoors the rest of the day, despite keeping all windows closed. The managing agents have a fancy automated communication process but - aside from returning telephone calls about the plumbing issue- did not respond to emails or texts which they sent asking if everything was ok. the bed in the (huge) main bedroom was surprisingly small - we would have expected a king size bed in such a luxurious property. Also, at this price point it would have been nice if there had been at least been fresh a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival. These are all small niggles on their own but they slightly took the shine off an otherwise fabulous property.

The location and layout was great. Lots of living space to enjoy with a great view across the lake. Great facilities, garage, sauna, drying room, lift. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom bed was a little old and the pillows were terrible, way too soft, no support.

Would be good with a family Double story containers stacked across the road obstructing lake view and full of workmen staring back at us so we kept the blinds down rather than looking at the view. Charged an extra $12 plus for using a visa card!!
