Such a great hostel! Loved the outdoor area, and the fact that you have designated space in the kitchen, fridge, and plenty of shelf space in the room to unpack. The hostel is also very homey and social in a good way (not a party hostel). I made some great friends there and loved my stay so much. Location is perfect! Very close to everything. Highly recommend.

I spent two nights here while exploring Wanaka, and it was everything I needed for a short stay. The rooms are fairly small, but good enough, and there is a kitchen and common area to eat and socialize in. The shared dorm room felt a bit cramped, but that's just how hostel life is sometimes. The price was not especially cheap, although typical for Wanaka.

The place is charming and the cat is sweet. the public areas are pleasant, the staff is lovely and the location is right next to the restaurants and supermarket. There are only 2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 sinks so there is no place to get dressed if you don't want to disturb other guests in the room.

Lots of outdoor space, clean , organised spaces in kitchen & bedroom. Lots of electric sockets in bedroom. Given small personal light for bedroom Communal toilets and shower, only 2 of each & very cramped space in which to wait, often getting hit by door. Kitchen lack of space for amount of people trying to use it.
