The next morning we requested a different room and they were very accommodating. The staff was great. The breakfast was wonderful. Parking was good if we could get a spot. Imposters parking in the handicap parking spots.

The hotel was very bad. Staff were not friendly and the room I was in did not get cleaned after talking to the front desk Hotel was nasty . Bathroom was very rusty. Room was not neat and the bedding looked like it was not changed . Staff is rude and not accommodating.

This property was a mess. The hotel seems to be an older hotel as I was checking out. I was trying to speak with unintended at the front desk and I got no one. I stood there for 30 minutes, even though it was early in the morning when we got to our rooms, the toilet was not clean the floor had remnants of food. Also, the carpet was wet from their air condition. The room is outdated and old. My experience was not great at all luckily this was only a one night stay but my suggestion for this hotel it needs major upgrades.

Near restaurants …plenty of choices I had trouble with the WiFi password and the height of the bed…..I am 5’3 but I managed ok.

Wonderful Staff. The young man that checked us in is great. My travel guest was very please with breakfast. I am not an early breakfast person. It looked delicious. I didn’t like the sheets on the bed. Some better sheets could be provided.

Ok, ac very damp. Bed shaped like a banana. Didn’t have any towels of any kind in the room. Took over an hour to get some.

The room was dirty, the next morning we saw the manager taking the linen to her personal car, which is unsanitary. Upon, check in I had to change rooms because there were giant flying roaches dead in my room with a king bed. I was changed to a room with double beds. The hallway smelled like mildew. The ceilings had water damage. Fast forward when breakfast came people were allowed off the streets to come in eat maybe they were friends with hotel staff. This is not the first time the Oyo in East Hanover, is also a choice hotel and it was horrible. I will never stay at a choice property unless they can assure me of cleanliness. Everything.
