InTown Suites Extended Stay Warner Robins GA

Arrived at 8 PM on the evening that was going to start my 9 days stay and the office was closed, I called the phone number listed and a guy showed up and told me that my reservation was cancelled. I called Expedia but Expedia could not help. The guy at the hotel had me call the owner (a horribly rude woman) who said that I was a "no-show" because I did not show up before the office closed. But my reservation (with Expedia) did not say anything about showing up before 7 PM. I was desperate, 3.5 hrs away from home and nowhere to stay. The Expedia guy kept me on the phone for 1 hr but could not help. He said not to worry because the property did not have my credit card and was not going to charge me. Well, a charge for $54 showed up on my credit card!!! Of course I disputed it with American Express. Take this as my notice that I will NEVER do business with Expedia again, And, of course, will not book In Town Ghetto Suites ever again.

What I like about the property is that, they have the main essential features like an apartment. What I didn’t about the property is nothing.

People were sleeping in there cars in the parking lot. Soda machine was empty the whole week I was there.

The staff is great. They keep it clean but my only concern is they don't change your towels. Only thing good is it's around an assortment of eating establishments. Just not my cup of tea staying on that side of town. The location mainly. The room I requested which was a queen room even the website said the room was available which I never got. Asked countless times about it so I just gave up. The internet doesn't work & the tenants are extremely noisy. The stay is very unpleasant due to the noise & not getting the accommodations I requested.

Exceptional

The staff was really nice but I never got a chance to discuss the bug issues considering I was at work during office hours. A roach crawled on my son so we only stayed one night out of the 8 because we seenmultiple roaches including in the tub and my kids weren’t comfortable so I didn’t stay.

Everything was great That when I was gonna book another week the price went up way more

The kitchenette Myself and son were bitten on our legs on down to our feet and arms by flees, ticks and it was horrible! We couldn’t rest because of the bites and having to scratch our legs and arms it was a bad experience to go through then when I told the manager on duty about it he did call orkin out but soon asked me to leave and refused to refund any payment from my Oct 3rd payment through October 17th from which he told me leave on October 13th bc he claimed I was being rude to his staff and they were trying to help me! When they were the ones who said that the person before me had a dog there ‍♀️
