Nothing at all very dirty , nasty worn down furniture. Holes in carpet . Smelled like smoke and sex The entire property needs to be renovated, I wouldn’t let my dog stay there .

Poor customer service and unclean area, especially outside the building. Although every room has a no-smoking sign, there was still a strong smell of tobacco and marijuana. There is also a big sign indicating that pets are not allowed on the property, but I couldn't fall asleep because of dog barking all night.

I had never heard of sonesta so I was a little nervous but SO glad I went for it. The staff is wonderful!!! The room was more than adequate for our purposes, spacious and well stocked. The breakfast had enough options that unless you are determined to be displeased you will be able to find something to fill you up. The fitness room is small but has everything for you to get in a nice workout. At night, the entire premise is VERY well lit which is nice since it is set up more like apartment buildings than a typical hotel. The area is also safe as the police department is right next door and you are within walking distance to the civic center which has a splash pad in the summer and fun family events. Would certainly stay here again!

They moved me when I requested new room. Room smelled of cigar smoke Did not receive my $150 deposit. Room rate of 131 was returned to me. Left a $18 balance due to me never got.

The facilities were very good so many things to have. It is in a perfect location. The floor was sticky when we arrived.
