Common lounge space with world cup live Self check-in Cleanliness Pricing Location : No safe in room No bed curtain

Clean room, and the windows open. There wasn't an iron in the room, but I was given one at the reception when I asked for it. They don't let anyone in before 3 o'clock. I had to wait a long time at the reception desk to check in and get the room key. There was no glass, kettle, or coffee pot in the room.

- have no complaints about the room. For its price, the room was good: clean, had a nice view, nice bed. - had no problems whatsoever, check out was fast. There is an option to leave the luggage in the storage, which was another bonus for me. Maybe some construction works in the area. It did not really bother me personally, as it was not too close.

Price, location Breakfast could have bend A little bit more diverse

Was a bit hot in the room. So we sleep with an open window.

Good size for family of 4. I like they offer laundry and close to the center of Warsawa, have many places to eat and close to transits. No AC, heatwave in the Europe affected our sleep but they offer AC. Too loud when motorists drive fast at night.

About the Cabinet very small for the 4 person. But bed is ok. Have personal toilet.

Location was good, next to the tram station Too many noises, no soundproof, there were a lot of noisy kids running the hallway, the staff didn't really took care to make them quiet. During the breakfast it was really crowded.

Very loud children that are visiting Warsaw on school trips, so mind that when staying here :)

It was clean, good location but still too expensive for this level.

I made a last-minute booking at a&o and received a confirmation number from Booking. I arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm and they had no record of the reservation, the room I booked was no longer available, and there were no beds other than in dorm rooms which was unacceptable to me. While this could be a Booking.com issue, there were other people there who had the same exact problem and also struggled to find somewhere to stay for the night. The staff was also extremely unhelpful in helping me find another place to stay. If you book this hotel/hostel through Booking.com, you’d be well served to call to confirm your reservation actually exists.

Beds were not very comfortable, speciallly for tall people, there was no socket close to my two-floor bed, and the bed sheet given to me seemed to be too short for my bed.

It would be good to have glasses in rooms.

Atleast drinking water should have been provided

My friend and I had a great stay in a 6 person, all female room. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We also stayed here the night before we left from Chopin Airport, and the stay was a cheap, approx 20 min Uber from the airport which was convenient for us. This is definitely the most hotel-vibe hostel my group experienced during our time in Poland. Pretty much everything was an extra cost - towel, breakfast, laundry. Which is fine, just be prepared.

paid lockers! they must be free. and check in time!!

Just to compare with Vilnius .... Warsawa is far much better!!!

Very clean bathroom. Nice bar in the facility. Many minimarketd sbd restaurants in the proximity. Easy to reach by public transport. There were a few stains on the table and the chairs which could have been easily cleaned. The acoustic insulation was not great and we could hear people entering their rooms late at night. The staff was nice but the service was a bit slow.

Short walk to tram, you could walk into downtown if you wanted to. Very clean, modern, the private room is comparable to a hotel and the hostel amenities are a bonus like laundry or a kitchen space. Breakfast is good, and there are common areas to do work, as well as a bar. A lot of families with kids, could be noisy at times but nothing serious. Also, my last day there was some kind of school trip where 100-150 teenagers flooded the breakfast buffet, but they handled it beautifully.
