Clean, hospitable, great location. Bar service was very nice.

The staff was great. The shuttle service was good after some extra help learning how to meet the shuttle. The restaurant was one of the best hotel restaurants. Location was isolated - far from restaurants. However, the hoteel restaurant was fantastic ansd probably could find a beetter place to eat.

Very quick check in. Exceptionally clean. Restaurant has limited menu but excellent food. There's not much around the hotel, but for a night layover for flights in and out of the airport it is just perfect

the staff is good There are vents in the upper part of the wall next to the beds where you can here every word said in the adjoining rooms, it's ridiculous, the very immature drunks next too me kept me up and i hardly slept, i had to awaken at 3am,

Nice hotel, shuttle picked us up and dropped us back at the airport, very convenient. Clean, nice staff! Breakfast was great! The walls are very thin, there is noise from the hallway, and air plains.

Good location if you need airport access; good dinner and breakfast. You can open a window and air the room out. For that price room should be bigger, bathroom needs a shelve or a cupboard (only sink), shower can seem small for taller / bigger people. Some sheets tearing.

Location was good, near to the airport A hotel without electricity would be the last thing you could think about and we faced it during our stay. Power was out and we were told it would take “minimum” one hour.

Comfortable Nothing

Great breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and simple. The staff was very helpful. Location near the airport, they have paid parking (50pln / night), because around there is no were to park on the street. In our room 202 was a bad smell from the bathroom, the shower sewage hole. Something was wrong with it, it didn't help if we used it, it still had a bad smell.

The fresh fruit plate in our room was a nice surprise and very timely, as we arrived very late in the evening.

As a paying customer, it's a bit odd that I have to pay to park our car on the premises. Most hotels offer free parking. We checked in around 14:30 and the young lady at the desk was less than polite. We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past because it is close to the airport, pleasant and helpful staff, rooms and service was very good in addition, breakfast was included and always good, ( we were informed that breakfast is not included with a room). Also, shuttle service for the airport is nice. We were not satisfied with our stay this time. We have already booked rooms again for next weekend so will be back this time but we may look at other hotels for future visits to Warsaw.
