The facilities were exceptional. The aesthetic and design is elegnat and pristine. The location was very easy to get to from central Warsaw. Most importantly, the staff are incredible! They're approachable and very professional. I had forgotten a personal belonging at my room and they were very helpful: very responsive and efficient in helping and supporting me while sorting this issue out.
