This is my favourite place to stay when I am making a stop in Warsaw: very convenient for highways, airport, shopping in the Factory Outlet. Excellent breakfast, exceptional design and garden. Extremely efficient checking in and out, amazing staff. They are constantly making improvements; this time it was a novel type of checking in, very convenient for late guests: you can do it yourself, and there are no more keys - you enter the hotel and your room with a code. The room we stayed did not have the beautiful view I used to enjoy here. There was more noise from traffic this time but I suppose there is nothing to be done.

I had a fantastic stay at this American House. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

food is nice. very friendly staff in the restaurant. freezing cold room, radiator was off despite minus 8 outside. Bathroom radiator not functioning. lots of noise - quite impossible to sleep.
