Comply bed and spacious room Tough to find the parking and no proper instruction on how to find the parking. Parking you have to pay and its expensive

The only thing we missed was a Smart TV, as it would have been nice to watch our own streaming services in the evening. Also, the hotel can be a little difficult to find if you're visiting for the first time. Other than that, we had a great stay and would happily recommend it.

Evrything was good. Pilows could be a bit flufier.

The hotel is located closed to tram/metro station from where you get to the center in approx 35minutes. The hotel room was underwhelming. Bathroom was equipped from 90s, there was no fridge in the room and had even issues with cloth hangers in the wardrobe.

Clean room, great breakfast
-
Not great, not terrible. No more than one night
-
Decent comfort in bed Good shower pressure Flat pillows, several stains/dirt on sheets, extremely small shower, AC unit would not stay on and stopped working completely.

The cooperation and friendly attitude of the staff. The breakfast was excellent. It was relatively clean and towels were changed every day. Our double room, with twin beds , was relatively small. The beds were quite narrow and the mattresses were relatively hard. The hotel location is too removed from the city centre thus necessitating lengthy tram rides and slightly faster bus rides. There is no Metro station around the hotel location.

Served us well, good location, staff and food. Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. Good experience. parking was a bit challenging for us. The property and parking garage needs signs with directions to the hotel once parked. would be a nice improvement. I woud have liked somewhere to sit outside to enjoy my coffee in the morning. Park bench or chairs in the green space of the parking would add value.

This is not the first time I've stayed at this hotel and it never disappoints. Very very good!

The view from the 10th floor is very beautiful. Poor soundproofing. The beds weren’t very comfortable. There was only one socket in the room. The shower wasn’t working properly.

No mini fridge

It was chilly in the room because the heating was off. The receptionist said that the city maintained the temperature as they have central heating so they cant do anything about it but to provide a portable heater which I declined for safety reasons.

The girl at the reception spoke to us as if we had shown up at her home and she really wasn’t happy to see us. The path to the hotel was icy, and instead of gritting it, they simply put up a sign saying it was slippery — good luck breaking an arm or a leg on the way to the hotel. The parking lot is located in a separate building, which you still have to find on your own. To do that, you need to find some hotel employee, because the receptionist struggles to explain how to get to the parking. To walk from the parking lot, of course, you have to slide again along the ungritted paths with your bags and suitcases. Please pay 80 PLN per day for parking, and when leaving, the gate wouldn’t let us out and demanded an additional 20 PLN, even though the car had been parked for less than 24 hours. Also, on the day of check-in we were told that the hotel has breakfast, but in the morning it turned out that breakfast is served in a different hotel. The room itself is also quite an experience. If you need to charge your phone, the nearest socket is on the wall opposite the bed. There are only two sockets in the room — unplug the TV, plug in your phone, and go to sleep on the other side of the room. There is no air conditioning in the room — just an old radiator: if you’re hot, open the window; if you’re cold, may God help you. If you want to sleep peacefully, you need to lie still and not move, because right where your pillow is there are two light switches, which you will inevitably hit with your head or hand at night, turning on the lights in the entire room. The only point I can give goes to the cleaning staff, who do their best to keep this old, worn-out interior clean.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful when the internet was not working smooth. The breakfast was very good with lots of varieties of food. Really nothing

At the end of our stay, when we came to pick up the car, we were told that we would not be charged for the 6 days — and we truly appreciate this gesture. Thank you for that. However, the overall situation felt confusing. If paid parking had been clearly indicated from the beginning, we likely wouldn’t have chosen this hotel at all. Clearer information would help avoid misunderstandings for future guests.
