All passed to my expectations

Very noise, no air conditioning

Decent location, very good and polite staff, comfortable bed, nice restaurant with some tasty food. Cold water was warm, poor lock quality on the door, shower a bit broken as well. Extremely hot and stuffy inside. I was sweating all the time. The windows overlook other hotel rooms so you can see and hear other guests. I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of guests arguing and laughing, which also doesn't add to my comfort, and if I close the window, I'll suffocate. The interior is quite old, especially the bathroom door, it doesn't look like it belongs there.

There is no air conditioning or even any ventillation in the rooms. The room was tiny, stuffy, hot and the carpet was smelly. The shower cabin was falling apart. The bed very uncomfortable. No fridge in the room. The walls and doors seem to be made of cardboard as you hear every word from the neighbouring rooms. Impossible to sleep at night as long as the neighbours are talking or in the morning as soon as they get up.The furniture is of the cheapest kind and old. Even in the lobby and restaurant, the air conditioning was working but apparently just blowing warm air around. The young man at the reception was very unfriendly but the young lady was nice. This hotel should not have 3 stars and the prices are much too high for this terrible quality.

Would be nice to have a mini-fridge, but that's not a deal-breaker. There were lots of groups of (supervised) teenagers staying there while I was there, and they have their own style of energy and noise. It didn't bother me, but some travelers might prefer a quieter scene.

The staff was friendly, yet professional. The room size was decent, accommodating three people without problem. - The hotel garage did not allow an electric car to park - I had to find completely another place for my car. - There was only one wardrobe - difficult to organize clothing for three people. - The beds were not very comfortable. - The system with room cleaning on request was a bit confusing.

Nothing everything was good

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh options. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

There was no refrigerator.

I liked the location at some place distant from the noisy center and with easy transportation from the hotel throughout the city. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. I had to work at my computer a little, but the sockets in the room had a rod in them that didn't allow to insert the plug. I asked for the adaptor at the reception, but they told me they didn't have it. I had the same problem a day earlier in Krakow, and they helped me with the necessary adapter even though the hotel had less stars than yours 3.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The staff is friendly and always ready to help, the room is clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I traveled with my cat, and we were welcomed with care and kindness. Very good location. I am very satisfied! Thank you ?

A good location near the metro and 2 tram stops from Warsaw east train station. Spacious, clean and clean room.

Clean and nice Nothing

No Air-condition, lots and lots of spiders, mascitos and flies in the room. Toilet did not drain waste and had to be flushed multiple times. Television had local channels only and no English language channels. The room did not have a telephone to contact the reception desk. Past midnight there were loud talking, shouting and banging doors very loudly.

Staff Breakfast Internet -

Great room and bathroom - seems to be recently refurbished. Close to Metro and Tram. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly bar staff and great breakfast. Hotel bar closed at 10:45 but there were other bars nearby.

Good value for money and good location. Beds and pillow are poor.
