I did enjoy the location and breakfast. Breakfast is high quality. The bed linen is high quality also. The staff were also lovely and very attentive. We felt very welcome. The rooms feel a bit tired and dated. The room we were allocated felt a bit in need of a refresh. I did let the staff know that the lights were flickering in the bathroom and that the sockets did not work. The marble around the toilet was stained which did not look very hygienic.

1. Very helpful and well trained staff, from the moment you enter the hotel help with the luggage is offered. Everyone cleaning, SPA, reception were very helpful. Water and Polish strawberries in the lobby, very nice idea. 2. Location, many places with Polish cuisine around the hotel. 3. Uber has the pick up spot on the right side of the hotel. 4. Pool, dry and steam sauna, gym. Hotel has as well SPA service. 5. Very comfortable Queen bed - it was important for me. 6. Sleepers, bath robes, coffee,tea, water, safe, towels, bath cosmetics, shoehorn available in the room. 7. Flat TV with channels and hotel information. 8. Curtain blocking the outside light. 9. Iron and iron board available in the room. 10. Cleaning service everyday. 11. Open wifi. 12. Complimentary Shoeshine service. 13. AC available but working very pooly, was waking up at night because of the heat. Outside was 36 degrees Celsius. 1. Housekeeping knocking doors at 10:15 a.m. asking if coffee, tea, water were needed. It woke me up after difficult nigth as 2. the AC is very poor in the rooms even though it was set to maximum (ourside was 36 degrees Celsius). I believe if someone would need more coffee,tea or water is needed, they will inform the restaurant, reception. I was expecting that in such hotel I would definitely have good sleep and I didn't. I didn't hand "Do not disturb"on my door as I never asked for a wake up service before the check out time - 12:00.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto. Ciekawa historia hotelu, która wpłynęła na nasz wybór. Miła obsługa Klimatyzacja działała dość słabo i w nocy było duszno. Hotel w opisie ma szybki internet a jednak ciężko było stamtąd pracować. Mieliśmy ochotę zobaczyć rooftop bar niestety ciągle imprezy zamknięte więc po co to w ogóle mieć w opisie. Hotel pozostawił bardzo mieszane uczucia.

Bristol is a wonderful 'Grand Hotel' with a understated style and an atmosphere of quality with discreet service. It has the best location in Warsaw and just about every aspect of our stay was outstanding. There was a minor issue with the coffee/tea service at breakfast, otherwise nothing disturbed the calm.

Very welcoming reception staff on arrival. Delighted to see there was a dedicated concierge service too. Interior of the building and corridors outside rooms smelt amazing! We received a free upgrade to a suite, which was an unexpected and very welcome surprise. Room was amazing, bed comfortable. We ordered breakfast to our room which arrived punctually, came well-presented and was very tasty. The team were also very helpful and provided us with a kettle on request. Spa and sauna were great. Overall, amazing experience, I would consider visiting Warsaw again just for the experiencing of staying here.
