Modern, clean, lovely decor. Very little to criticise, except we could have been supplied with more coffees for the coffee machine in the room. Had to ask for this on two nights, and it took two visits to reception on both nights to get them.

Fantastic location at the southern end of Nowy Swiat. Many cafes, restaurants within a 5-10min walk. Feels very safe. And a pretty stroll up to the old town or down to Lazienski Park

The breakfast was expensive in relation to other street options, but equivalent to London prices. The location is great for bars, restaurants, historic buildings etc.

I did like the interiors of the hotel furnished with pieces of art what was very eye pleasing! Comfortable rooms! Perfect team at the reception to support me during my stay on any request.

Location. Breakfast wasn't as good as advertised in the reviews. I wouldn't say worth for the price. Hotel parking area was a bit limited. I would also like to note that while I haven't experienced any problems during our stay for business, my collegue was charged breakfast price for two due to I believe some misunderstanding at the reception (while the rest of us have paid for the same type of room and breakfast for 1 person). When contacted, the hotel's customer service specified the ratios of the room (which were the same for everyone) and breakfast charges in the total amount paid but wasn't clear about the breakfast charge for two people in my collegue's invoice. We realized this when we compared our tax invoices.
