The staff was really great, better than any other hotel I have been to. Had some issues with my booking, but that was fixed without any arguing or difficulties. They just fixed it. Didn`t have to, but still did. No problems, just customer service in focus.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Sobieski and overall had a positive experience. The hotel is well‑located in the business district, but still offers excellent transport connections that make getting around Warsaw easy. Easy to find restaurants around the area. Check‑in was smooth and professional, and the breakfast selection was good, even if the coffee could be improved. Our room was large, and having underground parking was a big plus. The AC didn’t work properly, but the hotel responded quickly and provided a fan, which helped.

We’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu Sobieski more than once, and as always, everything was excellent. Our standard room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed: a huge TV, tea and coffee, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and bathrobes. But what we appreciated most, as always, were the bed, mattress, and fresh bedding. For us, that’s one of the main reasons we choose Radisson — you can really count on getting a good night’s sleep after a long journey. We were especially pleased that we were able to check in about three hours earlier than the official check-in time. After a long journey, this was really appreciated. Special thanks to Krystian at the front desk — he explained everything quickly and clearly and was very polite and professional. One downside was that the hairdryer was rather weak. For a hotel of this standard, in my opinion, the hairdryer could have been better.

The gym was great for a hotel gym. It had free weights and benches. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices. The rooms were clean and modern. I booked this hotel with air conditioning, but it didn't work for my two-night stay. It was hot in the room, so I had to open the window. I was on the street side, so then it was extremely noisy. You cannot open the windows because of the noise. I find it surprising that they didn't fix the air conditioning for my stay. In America, I can't imagine this happening. We love air conditioning, and it is everywhere.
