The size and comfort of the Boutique hotel as well as the perfect location. The room was kinda small and the constant ventilation in the bathroom was kinda loud.

This was my 3rd stay in this hotel. Great location, small quiet hotel. Good size room (i had a room with a fireplace) Great check in exoeriwnce and friendly staff. Its quite pricey for what you get. Bathroom fan was broken, remote for fireplace was not in the room (at least we coundt find it). Tv is an old style we were unable to connect streaming services. Carpet needs a proper clean.

Lovely hotel set in a very good central location close to Old Town and New town. Themed around the theatre. .

Gorgeous hotel in a classy and convenient part of town, just a few blocks walk to Old Town. The room was modern and clean, we stayed in the "Shakespeare" room and had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. Would love to come back to Warsaw just to stay here again! Great breakfast buffet, lots of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, eggs and sausage. Elevator (very tiny) didn't work to the ground floor so it was abit tricky with luggage but not a deal breaker, I assume it will be fixed soon. One of our pillows was much flatter than the other, didn't realize until morning because I was too tired and by then we were already checking out so I didn't bother asking for another one. I'm sure they would have happily obliged!

Very convenient location, central to pretty much everywhere in Warsaw and close to public transportation. Also, the windows of the room could be opened to allow fresh air into the room.

Location, location, location! + A choć, welcoming atmosphere and a nice vibe, perfect for theatre lovers! I would have appreciated a third bed for my 2 kids and myself, or a double bed for them and a single one for me instead of two single ones that we had to put together to make more room for bedtime.
