I was lucky to have my room being ready before check-in time. All was good

The neighborhood is very quiet and our room had a balcony. There is only one restaurant in walking distance so we had to plan around that or take an uber.

Very nice area, quiet, clean, good bed,great staff, great breakfast although a little pricey,5 minutes close to the local transportation.

It was a positive experience. The zone where the Aparthotel is located is calm and silent. Well connected by buses. Moreover there is a supermarket very close where u can buy what you need for your staying. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty, with possibilities to choose between a salty or a sweet breakfast. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming and was also speaking a perfect Italian language. I will definitely recommend.

Cozy, beautiful room. Huge pillows that are uncomfortable. The windows don't open. No refrigerator.

Nice vintage hotel in calm place. Its good for the people who wants to live outside the centre, close to market, parks and not far from university.

Good value for money. So quiet. Nothing

Friendly voice when I called about stuff that didnt work. The hotel do not have their own parking spaces as they advertise on Booking.com. that's the reason I booked this hotel in the first place. End up parking on the dark street. There is no personnel to help you except that you call. Also, you need to call the number that is different from one on the booking.com, so I needed to go through the messages again and find the correct number. Before I called I rang the bell with camera for like 10min, no answer.

I really liked the rooms. They looked great, were clean, had decent wifi connection, everything one needs to be comfortable. Although, I wish I had gotten to try their breakfast. I thought the wifi connection in my room was a tad weak. Additionally, it was not clear to me what I had to do when I left the room so I kind of just left and hoped that that was what I had to do.

The location is perfect, if you want to be outside the town and take a morning run. Hotel offers self-chech-in but we didn't receive the message with the code for the room. Finally, we found a person who contacted the owner and let us into the room.

Exceptional

Location, location, location. Nice property in a residential area with gardens everywhere. Beautiful original artwork everywhere on the walls. Air conditioning in the top floor rooms. Well maintained. No elevator. Lighting in the bathroom of our room was poor, dim. Difficult for wife to apply makeup, etc. But every room is different, so other rooms are fine. Street parking. Public transport inconvenient but manageable. No staff, just a note on the reception area with a 24/7 phone number to call, which might be okay for local people but not for others unless one has international calling plan.

The property was easy to get into, the room was spacious, comfortable and pretty clean and tidy when we first got there. The location was fine - I would have preferred being closer to the city centre but we got taxis everywhere and this worked well. Our rooms weren’t cleaned once while we stayed here (for three nights) despite us leaving signs on the door saying they were ready to be cleaned and us being out for most of the day. This meant we didn’t have fresh sheets or towels at all during our stay, and we ran out of toilet paper. My friend tried to contact staff for an iron using the number they gave us during business hours, but no one picked up. Communication overall was poor - we weren’t aware we’d need to check-in ourselves, so we were confused when we got there. We also thought we’d be getting breakfast and had to enquire with the property about this. We requested a double bed for our room and instead received two singles. There’s also quite an odd lack of facilities in the room - there’s no fridge and tea/coffee facilities are outside the rooms on a separate table. Our rooms were on the top floor which was up three flights of stairs, which was tiring to have to walk up. We only saw someone on reception once - the rest of the time it was empty. Overall this felt far more like an Airbnb than it did a hotel, which is fine, just not what we wanted. We paid more than I would have done to stay here because we were in town for a concert. For the same price outside of peak times I think we’d be able to find something nicer and more central.

The room was spacious and clean. Very quiet, comfortable. The neighbourhood is very nice. There are bus stops real close. 30-40 minutes by bus to center
