OSiR Polna offers comfortable accommodations in the heart of Warsaw, just 984 feet from the Politechnika Metro Station and only 1.2 mi from Warsaw Central Railway Station. All air-conditioned rooms feature free Wi-Fi, a TV, an electric kettle and a private bathroom with a shower. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are available at the reception desk. The price of the stay includes 90 minutes of access to the swimming pool area for each guest. Guests can also enjoy the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna (please note that opening hours of the swimming pool area may vary on public holidays and special dates). Please note that the reception is open daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Unfortunately, we do not offer 24-hour reception service. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Please note that breakfast is not available at the property. However, there are many great cafés and restaurants nearby where our guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast. My room was a bit too hot (in May), no AC.

It was only seven or eight minutes walk to the metro station, which made it very convenient. Also, each room came with a refrigerator. The two beds were comfortable and the staff at the front desk who are available till 10 in the evening were uniformly, helpful, and very pleasant. Also, a great assistance was the free map available at the desk which included main attractions of Warsaw and the metro, tram and bus lines. I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t easier to use the pool as that was a major attraction for me. You had to ask at the desk for a paper which allow you access once a day for 90 minutes. It is a public pool though, and there are special requirements for its use. You are supposed to wear slippers and not street shoes to use the changing room. You could take them off and go, barefoot. The pool closes at 10 PM but you have to clear out earlier. At least in my experience later in the day, the water gets cooler, especially the small hot tub, which is more like a lukewarm tub.

Pretty good location I arranged a booking of their basketball court before arriving and they told me it would cost 275 zloty however upon going to the hall the charge was over 410 zloty. I did complain and they told me it this amount was for 1h whereas all the timeslots in the conversation were all 1:30 hours. It completely destroyed my trust.

Really friendly and helpful staff. It felt like home.away from home. The sports facility lent an air of vibrancy and camaraderie with Warsaw citizens. Close to the center, nice neighborhood. Will definitely go there again.

Location was perfect Pillows inserts were very old and they need to be replaced. This had a significant impact on the sleep quality. Not a big expense for a hotel so this was very disappointing.

Simple breakfast, but one can find what he likes. Bus stops are near. They had just chocolate muffins on breakfast. Even with a heating on, there was a bit cold at the room.

Hotel was very clean and tidy, staff very helpful and breakfast was tasty and good value. No bar

The breakfast is excellent, the hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. The staff at the pool entrance (the pool is not a part of a hotel, but hotel guests can use it for free for up to 90 min/day) is not interested in speaking English.
