It was clean and centrally located. Staff was very accommodating. I made use of the free bikes for exploring and enjoyed a nightcap on the rooftop bar.

I had a wonderful stay at PURO Centrum Warsaw. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern, stylish interior that creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was impeccably clean, and despite its central location, the room was quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with any request. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay—excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.

Great location, walkable to everything. The hotel was well designed and the spa area was a nice bonus. The Restuarant in the hotel was excellent too. Staff were friendly and helpful, making us a booking for dinner. The rooms was perfect for our two nice stay, everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Overall a great stay the felt like good value. Nothing, I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed it the apartment suite and it was great. Nice corner room with floor to ceiling windows, spacious licing room with sofa, large dining table, two beautiful bathrooms with heated floors! All for a great value compared to anything that you can get in the US. Has a cool rooftop bar with small bites menu (not great for a full meal), and you get two welcome drinks to enjoy during the stay. The facilities were beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for exploring Warsaw on foot or via public transit. Steps away from the Royal Route and some pedestrian streets with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Staff were super helpful - luggage storage, transportation and restaurant recommendations, etc. Free private wifi was great as well. NA

Excellent customer service, all staff is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is always delicious and highly recommended. Coffee and water available to all guests is super nice.

Loved my massage at the spa. The location is EXCELLENT, you can walk just about everywhere, and close to metro. The breakfast is in a league of it's own, never have seen such a nice spread. Worth every penny!!!!! No complaints. If we come back to Poland, we will definitely stay here.

The hotel looks nice. The tablet system in our room was dreadful. We had to have staff and technicians up no fewer than four times to fix a broken thermostat, lights that didn't work, and a toilet that kept running.
