Comfortable stay, at budget rate. Descent connection by public transport from Warsaw city center or Warsaw East train station. Just by the S2 express way, so ideal location if travelling by car -

Location is not good unless you travel by car, otherwise be prepared to use a taxi each time you want to go to the city. There is a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee bags in the room, so get some with you, however there is a coffee machine in the lobby that you can use. The TV had only 1 channel working or at least I managed to find only one.

The building itself and the room is nice, clean, furniture is quite good. Quiet place, no any bad smell, the beds are comfortable, the shower working well, free WiFi available in the room. The staff is friendly. Though the location is not good, there is a shop right next to the hotel in case you need something. If you travel by car, it is a good choice. We had a good experience. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze. The place was spotless, clearly well-maintained.

Nothing I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. On the second night of our stay, we returned to find our room completely infested with dozens of insects. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist responded aggressively and unprofessionally, even saying "This is not the Hilton." After a long discussion, we were given another room. At first, it looked okay, but within 15 minutes, insects started coming out of the ventilation system, and we found more inside the bed when we lifted the blanket. It became clear this room was just as bad as the first one. We had no choice but to leave the hotel at night. The receptionist refused to give us a refund, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful and disgusting. I have photo and video evidence and have already reported this to Booking.com. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
