Easy place to stay around the airport but far enough the planes don’t wake you. Nice bed and tv and restaurant. Food was good Staff wasn’t the friendliest.

For air travelers, this is a perfect hotel as it’s close to the airport, offers free shuttles. This is standard Ibis. Not fancy but very clean and quiet. Check-in and check-out are super easy. Breakfast is good and adequate but I won’t call it super. I will stay there again

Decent hotel for staying close to the airport - not a walking distance though. Staff friendly. Breakfast quite good for Ibis. They arrange free pick up from airport. Have shuttle. Okay property.

The room is clean and everything needed. It is close to the airport which worked great for me. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel, the food was delicious. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is very good and quite an assortment Of various food Is being served. The restaurant decor is pleasant and clean. Enjoyed veriatu of coffees and teas. Everything is just right for a busy traveller.

Perfect place to stay for our last night in Warsaw with a very early flight. Staff got us to the airport with plenty of time to get through security.

The staff was very nice. The ac didnt work so the room was very hot and it made it hard to sleep. They also said they offer free commute to the airport, but they drop you off about a 10 minute walk from the airport and at 5am with luggage, this is not a pleasurable experience.

If you checked in and go to return rental car there is no shuttle for you from airport to hotel - even if you did not use shuttle before. So there is airport shuttle but there is not.

The rooms were Pristine clean. Hotel location and free shuttle service is convenient to travelers using the airport. Taxi service to from Old Town is inconvenient and places all travelers with non polish language skills visiting Poland susceptible to Taxi Fraud! My disappointing experience! The shuttle driver appears to have a sense of privilege and impatience with customers, bringing the satisfaction quotient down.

We booked this hotel for one night to get some rest after the flight. We really liked the comfort and cleanness of the room. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is pet friendly. The soundproof there is very good. There is a shuttle service to and from the airport. Overall we are very satisfied. N/A

The rooms were as expected. Check in and out was quite easy. I chose this hotel as we had a short overnight layover in Warsaw. I had to have two double rooms for my family of 4 (2 kids ages 10 and 14), and each room had a child and adult in it. I would have preferred a 2-roomed suite so I could stay with my husband, and the kids could be together. At check-in we were informed that the shuttle we needed at 6 am was full and that we would have to leave at 5:30 am instead. It was already almost 10 pm and our kids needed to get as much sleep as possible after travelling all day. Luckily I had written to the hotel beforehand inquiring about the shuttle service (which was the whole reason why I chose this hotel) so they saw the history and honoured their promise made in the texts, but if I hadn't had that communication beforehand, we would have been in a bad situation the next morning. I asked multiple times beforehand about breakfast times, knowing that we were leaving at 6 am. I was informed that breakfast was at 6:30, so I didn't order. No one mentioned at any time that there was an early breakfast service available starting at 4:30. I would have ordered that if anyone had told me about it. Figuring out breakfast for my family before our flight was a huge, unnecessary stress that we could have avoided, had someone told us this was an option.

The bedding sheets were too hot for me but the mattress was comfortable.

Airport Shuttle - great. Breakfast - there is a disconnect, that is, we did not book breakfast while checking-in. The next day, in the morning, the price for having breakfast was much higher. We stayed at MDM Hotel, Mercury Grand Hotel, both in Warsaw, there was no change in pricing. Coffee maker - we had great help from the front desk young lady who called Chief Engineer to help us out with the coffee machine. Great help! Much appreciated! The room's cleanness; the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Don't forge the coffee (pouches), phenomenal!
