There were only 2 towels, no towels for the floor or hands. Idk if i just missed it but would be good to add in listing u have to walk a up one floor from the elevator.

Nice place, quite! The kitchen was not so good and the washing machine was too old and small. Small kitchen and old washing machine.

The apartment is in the centre of the town which it was very convenient for my every day routine. It provides internet access. I didn’t like having to go all the way up 15 floors with the elevator and one more with the stairs . Going up there with heavy luggages is a challenge.

There is only one curtain and which is not enough for the big window.

Nothing The room was faceted, the bed linen was smelly and the towels too. They left tea and a kettle, and where to drink from? There were no mugs or spoons. And there was no elevator to the 16th floor, we had to lift heavy huge suitcases to this floor.

The cleanliness and the quietness of the place. The leasing staff was very professional and helpful.

Close to where I needed to be Could do with more cleaning and put some more soap and shower gel.

I didn't like that it wasn't clean enough. But then again I made a late booking.

I didn't stay at the place I booked instead to another flat . It didn't meet my expectations.

the location of the apartment was very comfortable, the closed area. clear instructions on how to check-in, and allowed to check-in earlier. In the bath there were empty shower shampoo and shower gel dispensers, there was one cup available without any spoon at least. The safe locker wasn't functioning. The shower doesn't have any protective glass, so all water was going on the floor and since no foot towels it was required going out of the shower very carefully

- Very disapointing experience. Instructions on where to find the key were provided only an hour before check in, it's not entirely clear how to get into the place, a lot of labirinths. The appartment itself is tired to say the least, there are a lot of things that should be replaced, also could not call it clean. They knew that 2 people will be staying, yet there's only one glass provided, only 2 towels for 4 days... Kettle is provided but no cups that could take the heat of the water. Sevage work is terrible, while using the sink you can constantly hear the water coming out of the shower drainage. WC doors do not close properly, even when "locked". Wifi is extremely inconsistant, keeps turning of for no apparent reason. Also, the apartment is on 16th floor, but elevator goes up only till 15th floor, so you have to you stairs for the last floor, not comfortable and not wheelchair or baby friendly. Appareantly there is a mini kitchen with microwave and etc, this info was not disclosed and we didn't know anything about it for majority of our stay. In important info there's notet that we will need to leave deposit of 200 zl, but it was not taken, so we have exchanged this amount for nothing. There was no contact with any person at all, despite one short call from our side stating that we cannot find the place - the person was extremely rude and hung up on as without proper phonecall ending. Would not recommend, you can definetaly find better options, most likely for cheaper as well...

First of all, we didn't get the apartment we booked, while the owner wrote us a few hours before check in that he simply will accommodate us into another facility. Underlining it, not inquired with us if it was okay with us, but put us in front of fact a few hours before our check-in. So we were not provided the option to cancel and get the money back and got a totally different facility, which is not in Chopin apartments, but in Platinum Tower Apartments. Could sound good when there would be a good apartment given. Yet the apartment we got was smelling with sigarettes and dust and was extremely dusty and dirty. The bed was old dusty, lamps and shelf next to the bed were dusty, windows and door handlers, light switchers were dusty, technique and furniture were in some greasy spots. Had no chance to use a balkony because it was very dirty and dusty. In the bed for 2 persons, there was 1 narrow 145 cm blanket. One pillow was okay, another very uncomfortable. There was no hair dryer. Since we arrived late in the night and the other two days from early morning till the late evening had to be on the conference. We couldn't already go here and there into a new apartment because check-in time is not earlier than 14:00, in the time when we are at the conference. So we messaged the owner asking to provide us with fresh bedsheets and towels and to wash the floor and other places. For that, they answered they were "regretting that they made an effort for us which we not appreciated, demanding us to leave an apartment next day before 11 AM." For sure we couldn't do this because we were busy this time. So we explained that we can't be nomads here and there cause we have to do a business from early morning till late night, requesting if they can at least confirm this, onto which owner just ghosted us without replying. Instead of sleeping before busy days, we had to call to booking.com customer service and ask them to interfere.

Location was great. Spacious and the bathroom was great. The property looked tired. It wasn’t the most cleaned property. Quite a few stains on the wall. No utensils, no kitchenware, despite having a very small fridge. TV had no English channels (not even CNN or BBC), and the WiFi kept going on/off, which was very frustration when in the middle of a phone call.

Great location, bed was comfortable, the place was immaculately clean, spacious, equipped with hair dryer, clothes rack with hangers, small fridge, iron, desk, nice lighting & great location - good value for a week in Warsaw. It's difficult to find the place even with detailed instructions. The AC didn't work at first & it was HOT. Despite two remotes, it was learned it could only be turned on & off with the breakers above the door. The shower fixture was broken & shower barrier inadequate so water goes all over the bathroom. The tiny 'kitchen' is separate & serves several units & is pretty raunchy. Communication with management was clunky.

Very good

Perfect location, it is central, and there are many landmarks, restaurants, bars nearby. The room is clean, well-designed with the perfect city view. The location is easy to find with the provided instructions by the host, and there is a self-check in option in the late hours, which is a life saver. The building also has a very good security system.

The view was sepctacular to the skyline of Warsaw! A comfy and very big bed and a very new looking bathroom are included. Very good and regular cleaning service. Perfect equipment helped me to make my stay easier. I stayed for a longer term and it felt like home. I would definitely recommend to stay there and enjoy the time with a view on the amazing skyline! -
