Holiday Inn Express Warsaw - The HUB by IHG

The restaurant place is very small. It was overcrowded. Some food wasn't available. It was dificult to find place where to seat. The parking is very expensive. Would be great to have information for guests about alternative parking options.

Great breakfast Duvet on bed is skimpy for two as it barely guess over the sides of the bed.

Nice hotel. Comfy room. Great staff.

Good location, awesome staff, modern and clean. The cost reduction is pretty obvious. You have to ask for anything that is not a towel or blanket. You have to ask even for the room cleaning. The breakfast is plentiful but the quality of food is mediocre. I asked how can we turn on the heat and the answer was “by turning off the AC, the heat is preset”. Obviously it was not great. And the mattress was really bad, with a huge bump in it.

Great location at Rondo Daszynskiego, despite this fact the room was very quiet. Blackout curtains in the room for a perfect sleep. Breakfast above average. Front desk service was excellent, Shawn was very professional. Very clean rooms and hallways. Rooftop bar was a plus!

New hotel with nice an clean rooms. Good views from some of the rooms. It is located conveniently to the metro and several tram lines. The Slote Terasy mall, the Warsaw Uprising Museum and the Palace of Culture and Science are within walking distance. Mediocre breakfast with limited choice, though the quality was fine.

Good place for business trips to stay over the night in the center of the city. Food was not so great as we expected and the variety for breakfast could be better

We stayed in a comfortable and clean room that was warm during winter. The bed was super cozy and we slept really well. The room had everything we needed and felt very practical. The hotel is in a great location in the business district, just a short walk to the metro. Free breakfast was included and they even packed a nice takeaway breakfast for us, which was very convenient! The only downside was with the takeaway breakfast. At check-in we mentioned we were leaving early and wanted breakfast to take with us, and the staff said it was no problem. In the morning, we were surprised when they asked us to pay a packaging tax. It would have been much better if we had been informed at the time of the request, as it caused a small delay and made the start of our day more stressful.
