Nothing at all. The staff. At the reception at midnight their POS didn't work. We tried 3 different cards. The person at the reception didn't want to be helpful at all. I never met this attitude before and I've seen lots of places. We then travelled to fin an ATM at 1am to bring cash. Uncomfortable bed. Awful breakfast. Yellow water. Dirty. Old. Expensive.

A big plus is that they accept dogs. Location was nice also, close to the beautiful parks but quite far from the city center. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Another big plus was the small fridge in the room. The breakfast was very underwhelming.

The placement of the hotel is definitely a big plus. The room was dusty, the window was facing the parking and worse of all there was no way to cover it, because the curtains weren’t working. The bathroom had a shower that was half collapsing - the doors of the shower were moving, the head of the shower had holes, the toilet was leaking water

Breakfast was perfect. The 2 of room made us cozy. The locker was nice and cozy to my child. The door of bathroom was not working.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Parking within walking distance. Breakfast - lots of varieties of food and drinks. Good location:)

The retro furniture, I couldn't switch off the heating , I had to repair the window blinds after arrival, no lactose or gluten free products for breakfast

One of the beds was broken and uncomfortable, and the hot water in the bathroom was running very weakly.
