The location was ok Despite hotel being practically empty I was placed on the 8th ( the top floor ) in the hottest days in the country ever and obviously the room had no air conditioning. Each night it was 30 degrees in the room… Also before arriving I double checked if I could leave my bike box in the hotel because I was on a week long race and they said that was fine. On the race day they told me I could not leave the box because they were shutting the hotel at the end of the month so that was stressful trying to find a storage and also cost me extra money.

Just to clarify there was no breakfast but fridge, microwave and sing available to use on my floor. Big rooms, booked for different times and big comfy bathrooms. I thought the electrical sockets were not very safe. Also had problems with Tv and modem cables.

The receptionist from Ukraine was very professional, she was able to quickly resolve the issue with the hotel reservation system not seeing my booking.com reservation. Fortunately, they were not fully booked. The price was relatively cheap. The floor planning is funny - my room was in a separate block with two other rooms, and we had a full kitchen area with a full sized fridge (almost full though, like somebody lives there for a long time), a microwave, a stove and a sink. There were no noises from the street. You are welcomed by large stairs on the front entrance, so you have to pull your suitcases all the way up by hand. The carpet in the room is quite faded with lots of stains. Towels also had stains. The power sockets were dangerously falling off the wall. Btw, there are two night lamps by the beds which I had no idea where to plug in to. The shower was fixed with tape. The blackout curtains only cover 3/4 of the window. Overall, everything is quite old with signs of use with no signs of renovation attempt. Ok for a one night stay because of the price. Avoid if you are easily disgusted.

Nice play to stay and feel yourself as student. Clean rooms, fresh bedclothes, hot shower - what more could anyone need feeling tired? Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely not suitable for people with high expectations.
