Clean, safe, and very well located

Convenient location and the cheapest option amongst many others due to increased demand Lack of nice atmosphere and aesthetics. It was pretty obvious that the decoration and the whole setup comes from an ex office environment.

Smelled a little like old carpet but it’s tolerable

The bed was clean and room has decent size for all the beds. They also offer luggage storage! Curtain in the shower were semi transparent, didn’t offer enough privacy.

Air conditioning was good, location also was good. Lockers are good and spacious room. (6 beds room) First of all, the receptionist who checked me in (a young woman) had no understanding of customer service and showed absolutely no empathy toward guests. She looked like she didn't want to be there and seemed annoyed the entire time. That alone created a very poor first impression. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly during my stay. They were always somewhat dirty, and the soap holders were completely rusted, as if nobody cared about maintaining them. It didn't feel hygienic at all. The mattresses are thin, and the pillow is basically flat and offers no support, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. There should be stricter quality inspections or oversight to ensure that places like this meet basic standards, so tourists don't have to go through experiences like this. No curtains for more privacy also. If the hostel reads this review, I sincerely hope you take these issues seriously and improve them. In its current condition, this is not a decent place to stay.

Good location My room had no windows

Good location. - right next to a grocery store, bus stop, and the river. walkable to the centrum and old town. Nice receptionists. - were there to help you out as much as they can. Decent price. - the best price out there for a stay in the city. don't expect luxury or true comfort, but it does the job. Shower room is flooded during peak hours, so I recommend having flip flops. Has a slight smell, but not as bad as most reviewers make it to be. Most other negative comments I have are not the hostel's fault, but it's the other hostel guests' fault. They need to learn etiquette.

Good placement, good AC.

It was very hot in the room. I couldn’t sleep. The AC was not working very well

The bed light wasn't working at my bed. However it's not a big deal

Professional Staff, clean, location, showers, clothes hanger for guests, lockers. Kitchen has everything even cutlery and utensils, and it’s cleaned. Guests are not homeless. At night all toilet paper rolls were out. During the day the shower room floor needs to be mopped every hour…. It’s always wet.

There's some bread provided. Kitchen quite complete The pillow is a bit too thin. No soap /shampoo provided, thus must bring our own The wall is a bit too thin. We unfortunately encountered some noisy neighbours on our 2nd night who makes quite a lot of noise till 2am ?

He helped me to check in 2 am. They have reception 24 h.

Bed was uncomfortable and would make loud sounds when rolling over, construction in the area made it difficult to find bus routes
