This was not my first time staying there. I had no issues so I booked to stay there again. Soon as opened the door there were roaches crawling on the floor, the room was hot and a had a bad odor, I was trying to open the window, but when I pulled the curtain back there were more small roaches crawling in the window seal. The ceiling tiles were falling down. I did not put my things down and went right back out the door and cancelled the rooms. Yes I had booked two rooms. I am now fighting with the managers to get a full refund. Be wise on where you stay with your family. You get what you pay for.

A functional place next to the freeway. The room was clean and large, but there were no amenities - no refrigerator, mo hotpot to heat water, no clock, no USB or USC plug, no toiletries beyond a tiny bar of soap. But - there was plenty of parking. It wasn’t too noisy. There was a24 hr Dunkin’ Donuts across the road, but otherwise no food. And I couldn’t smell cigarettes. So I was satisfied for s place to stay when stranded by my airline.

The staff No service at the night time, 3 pillows for 4 persons, 2 towels for 4 persons.

It is an ok place.

Not a bad place for the money. Still offers smoking rooms and that is always a plus for us when we travel.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Even so close to the airport, no shuttle. But they'll give you a guy's name to call. He doesn't really speak english though, so it was impossible to trust that he understood I needed him there at 4:30am. I scheduled an uber instead.

Very modest hotel. I thought that for 50 extra dollars I would sleep better.

Bathroom was really old with cracked flooring and walls. I had to ask for blankets one night and it took almost an hour to get them. It was far too pricey for a place of such poor quality. We stayed three nights. Never again.

It looked like there was mold on the ceiling and when my husband and I woke up the next morning we were congested and had headaches.

I think you should have refrigerated in microwaves I think that’s ridiculous that you don’t

Not only were the rooms unpleasant, but the " Activity" outside the hotel was scary. Police had to keep patrolling the parking lot. I saw someone get narcanned. We ended up leaving at 9:30 pm instead of staying the night due to feeling unsafe.

The sheets are stained they haven’t swept under either bed. I had to clean the TV screen myself and the mirror.
