I returned to my room before the official check-out time and found that my lunch was gone. Only the food was missing, even though I was planning to eat it before leaving. Very disappointing experience.

Room smelled like smoke. Had to keep asking for towels, many were stained/gross. Comforter/sheets were all stained as well.Housekeeping knocked on our door in the am, and asked when we were checking out. Checkout was noon, and they knocked before 10am.

This hotel was in a great location for our purposes. It was a quick weekend stay. It was walking distance to the Washington Harbor where there are many nice restaurants for a quick lunch. Front desk was pleasant and room was cleaned. They do require a $100/deposit hold on your card for incidentals. That wasn’t mention in the hotel polices. Normally hotels do require a card for that purpose, but don’t hold a $200 deposit on your card. Overall a good stay. Would stay again.
