Great location
-
Spent 3 nights, views were amazing! Room was much bigger than I anticipated....2 teen boys take up space and there was more than enough. Also didn't expect a kitchenette and regular size fridge. Staff was very helpful. And it was a great location....so many places close for dining and drinks as well as dessert!

Everything about the hotel was excellent! We were in a king water view room. The only thing that could have been better is the size of the room. We had to watch our step to the bathroom passed the TV on the wall because it was a tight space.

We booked our stay well in advance for a family event. Checked in early, and was told a crib for our infant would be up in a few minutes. Two hours later at the crib did not arrive. We stopped by the front desk again and they told us the crib would be right up another hour later they told us they would have to check with another hotel to borrow a crib. Another hour and a half later, they told us that we would not be able to get a crib. What were we supposed to do with our infant? They advise us. There are no refunds, room upgrades and they would give us a breakfast voucher. PS breakfast was already included. In every single person‘s host house stay. Additionally, we requested extra pillows and blankets for safety. One pillow was given the next morning for the complementary breakfast. No plates were available after waiting 15 minutes our family had to eat on napkins and one shared serving plate. Only paper coffee cups were available and again had to be shared. Overall the room was very small, not worth the price, concierge was not helpful at all. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone who’s looking to stay in the DC waterfront area zero out of 10 horrible service would not recommend!

Hotel was clean and centrally located within walking distance of monuments and public transport. Parking by valet recommended. Quiet time for the area starts after midnight as there are numerous night life opportunities with music on the strip.

Would appreciate staff that speaks English. We were unable to communicate with our housekeeper.

Clean, great view and excellent location!

My stay was very pleasant!! Only thing to note is the parking, it's sort of confusing. It's best to park in parking garage 1 and follow the arrows to the elevator and go up to the 2nd floor. Hope this helps!!

Very clean room and building all together. Free breakfast bar was above average. Service from staff was also above average.

This was a very nice hotel, and the location was perfect. The rooms were small, which was not a big surprise, and I wish the lighting in the rooms was better. Small issues though. The overall stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay in this impeccably clean hotel again in a heartbeat!

It was the best part about the trip, we really enjoyed the hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was top-notch.

Average I think no complementary water

Nice room. The coffee was awful and the breakfast was on repeat the days we were there. We had 3 in our room and it was really tight with only 2 barstools.

Very impressed with this stay. Property was immaculate. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check in was simple and fast. And the location is ideal!

Helpful staff and great location.

Look out for the charming Lee who is a cheery member of the breakfast team. Attentive staff in reception were very helpful in booking taxis, advising in transport and places to visit.
