Excellent location!!! Love this hotel!!

The staff was very nice. The rooms are very worn out mold peeling paint in the bathroom area stains all over the rugs no towel racks.

Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I’d give it a solid 7.5. Amazing location. Room dated. Thermostat didn’t work. Plugs were lacking.

Loved the location! It was walkable to restaurants and shops while quiet at night. Bathroom needed some upgrades but the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a great experience and we will be staying again.

The location of this hotel is great. While not necessarily in Georgetown, it's about a mile a walk away. It's right in between Georgetown and all the sights of the Capitol, White House, etc. Our room was spacious, but shabby. There were stains on the carpets, stains on the wallpaper, a broken knob on the dresser. It was fine for our family of four, with two unfussy teenage boys, but if you have higher standards, I'd book elsewhere. Also, there were many hidden fees that I was unaware of. Parking $75 per night, an historic tax of about $30 a night. Those things add up! The staff was very nice though.

I took a suite, I think the least of what needs to be there is complementary water bottles daily

The room is large and decently cleaned. I had avacado toast for breakfast and it tasted good. The location is convenient to where I need to be. Facility is outdated and the interior design doesn't scream luxury as it was advertised. Furniture is obviously worn over time. The outlets and control are not modern and inconvenient to use. The bathroom is lack of a low evening night. The door has a big gap that the light and sound from hallway can easily come through. I was confused where breakfast was and ended up in the wrong place where there was a group breakfast. I checked with a catering staff and he told me that's breakfast but turned out to be incorrect. I was redirected to the restaurant but no one was at the reception. The staff who checked me in didn't give me a coupon for breakfast so I had to wait in line to get one. The restaurant was short staffed, only one person is doing everything. To my surprise, there was no buffet but a menu to pick only one entree or two sides. It tasted good but it was not a pleasant experience. I had breakfast 20 minutes later than expected and was totally confused.
