Staff were amazing and helpful! My husband said the bed was too hard, I was ok with it. Shower was a bit confusing. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Took Metro directly from DCA airport and walk about a block and a half from station to hotel.

Laron was very helpful and her greeting was excellent. After I messed up on my directions and made me and my wife walk way too much she made Ck in very smooth. She is an asset to the Hotel first greeting is important.

I had an excellent stay at citizenM. The room was immaculate, and the staff was exceedingly helpful.

I liked the ambiance. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was extra pleasant and accommodating. The area was convenient. The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious. No parking facility. There is street parking but it would be helpful if the hotel would access the nearby lot for a reasonable fee for citizens.

The property is in a great location. It’s clean, modern and the staff is friendly and accommodating. If you aren’t traveling solo, keep in mind that the room is not conventional! The bathroom is small and compact so make sure you’re comfortable enough with your travel companion!
