great gym that has free and chilled water! rooms were great with prime location. Oh and loved the rooftop. The bartender (woman) was very lovely and offered to take our group photo.

We had a great time and we were minutes away from all excursions. The staff was helpful the breakfast was amazing and the rooftop bar drinks were awesome.

Location to White House. Hotel check out 12pm. My room had a shower curtain to replace the bathroom door which apparently was on order and hadn't arrived yet. It screached to open and close and only reached 2ft off the ground. Nobody told us about it upon check in. When we learned the hard way, I was informed that we couldn't be moved as the hotel was full. Family of 5 sharing a bathroom without any priivacy come sight, sound, smell etc. Very disappointed with that. Breakfast area also over crowded and the dishes lie empty for some time before being replaced so we ate back and forth in stages. Also not enough tables to accommodate the guests when full.

My only complaint would be that you have to breakfast included you needed to make reservations through the Hyatt app.

My stay was very short (1 night) but overall a great location! Close to the monuments and near shopping and restaurants.

Can’t comment on breakfast as didn’t eat in but across the road Maman very good for breakfast and reasonable prices

The room carpet was dirty with stains. Staff was not engaging with guests às I work with 5 star hotel I feel the staff was little rude to the guests specially front desk.
