The room was very spacious and clean. Well maintained, slightly dated. Hotel lobby was a bit run down. Breakfast was not great, very few options.

Room was dirty, complained to front desk clerk who contacted a housekeeper who was rude about her cleaning the room prior to our check in. I’ve cleaned rooms for 10 years and have been a room checker and supervisor, never would I let that be “ok” plus no discount and no refund offers whatsoever.

The staff is great and the king bed in the suite was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

Location was great. The bed was comfy. The room itself was clean (except the upholstered chair—I would not have sat in it.) but the facilities overall are run down. The place needs a deep clean.

They kicked me out cause I gave them a bad review they called the cops the officers were cool and said they didn't agree with them it's not illegal to give a bad review the staff think they can treat anyone anyway they like they single people out and if you have a problem they threaten to throw you out even if their in the wrong oh well the next motel I went to was good I will never be going back to this place customer service is a big deal to me and everyone is equal you should be treating everyone the same it's one of the most important things to me they need to deal with the staff

I liked that the we're willing to give my money and deposit back and even though my circumstances were bad they let me wait outside until the person in the room and his family would leave me alone I didn't like that they threw me out over a bad review on booking.com I was eating my honest opinion and unfortunately I have no idea where I'm staying tonight but I know God has got me ladies if your in an abusive situation don't ever stay you are valuable and God loves you he loves everyone hopefully other people have a better experience I've been staying here since 2022 and never thought in a million years they would do me like this so I'll take my bussiness elsewhere God bless

The picture speaks for itself I paid 800 dollers for one week for a room with the whirlpool but no family room no shower the staff don't care it has a patio I don't care about the patio I wanted the family room and bath tub I work long shifts hard work very disappointed

I paid 771 dollers for this room it's suppose to have a family room and a bedroom it's doesn't it's on the second floor not worth 800 dollers their is no shower like I'm very upset right now my husband tried to talk to them they don't care I've spent slot of money here been staying since 2022 very disappointed my husband is disabled he needs a shower but I'm rating it and praying about it and letting it go the staff always threaten to throw you out even if their in the wrong God will handle it smells like paint fumes too

Comfortable bed. Good location. Nice jacuzzi in room. Was not allowed to bring bike in room. They did have a storage room, however, which worked fine. Past stays, I was allowed to bring bike in room.

Not much Not clean or well maintained. The worst OLD spring mattress with marks on it that looked like it had been burned.

It was located close to things I was interested in. I enjoyed a walk to Sullivan Brothers museum. Also very easy to get to Cedar Falls Parking area was a little dark
