Very clean and spacious! Excellent breakfast.

Space for our family of 6 Breakfast was a let down but they tried. Room wasnt super clean.. had to ask for more towels. Barn door on bathroom means no privacy!!

bathroom sink and vanity were very tall. Odd, I'm average height, 5'9" and I had to stand on toes to reach everything. For wife, 4'11", almost unusable. Breakfast was hot and fresh, decent selection, but same both days. Out of state car parked next to mine during the night was found to have 2 people sleeping in it. When reported to staff, no action taken. A decent hotel and I would consider staying again to see if anomalies have been addressed.

The rooms have been remodeled and are clean. The beds were soft and i was comfortable, but some in my party prefered the harder couch. We brought my mom's service dog and she enjoyed the ample green areas in front and behind the hotel. We felt safe walking her up and down the sidewalk that extended for miles. The overall security of the hotel made us feel safe. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. We did not have time to enjoy the pool or gym, but could see others taking advantage of those amenities. The final bonus was the free washer and dryers. We were able to have fresh laundry in our suitcases which was a plus! I will definitely go back!

The hotel staff were very friendly and our room was clean. Des Moines was very busy that weekend with a lot of travel sports/events, and the hotel accommodated groups well.

The breakfast was not necessarily fresh but did the job, Would benefit from a 6-10 am breakfast. Shower was stained. Parking was open and safe. Easy location.
