Not sure where they found the picture for the Lakeview Hotel but it is very deceiving! The hotel itself is a dump! The reception desk was a complete mess with garbage, workers tools and mess. The young guy at reception was the only good thing. Luckily we were given a room outside the main hotel and this had been renovated and was reasonably clean

The decor and furniture were really outdated and in need of some repair

Clean bed , clean room , clean bathroom, There was no cctv in area to control the open car park

Since I have a motorcycle, I was given a room on main floor and parked my bike just outside my door. That was appreciated. Restaurant food was good Location is not the best

Would appreciate the prices of the bar being available - we were unpleasantly shocked by a bar bill having draft beer at $12.50 a glass (and we had two each)… everywhere else we’ve travelled the average cost is $6-8 per glass. Not cool. Perhaps minor issue for others but when trying to keep to a budget, we sure would not have spent that much on draft had we known the price. Lesson learned, always inquire…

Place had a bar/restaurant attached to it, convenient for dinner Small room for 2 people, property in general a little unkept, messy. The bar/restaurant downstairs was pretty loud as expected, not a problem if staying without kids though.

The room smells bad, not comfortable and it’s expensive. Will not book again

The owners were very nice. The room was fairly clean. Cheap price. Fair if you have to stay like I did. Not a hotel for vacation, just to sleep for a night (at best).

I didn’t like the property. I found it quite dirty.

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Lakeview Hotel and truly appreciate Tina's outstanding hospitality.

Owner upgraded me so I could park my bike outside room.
