The property is perfectly located with a stunning view of Chembra Peak and easy access from the main road. The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The property also has a nice swimming pool and a small gym, which added to the overall experience. Property could improve the experience by adding a larger, covered children’s play area. This would allow kids to enjoy themselves even during heavy rain, making the stay more enjoyable for families with young children.

The breakfast was really good. Every day we had home style breakfast. Staff were really helpful. The paint, curtains and bathroom style was ok. It could have been better.

Hospitality is top notch. All staffs are well trained on how to behave with the guests making the stay extremely smooth. The resort location is the best part. One of the best view of chemra peak. Cozy vibes at every corner. The food is prepared in house keeping taste and hygiene in mind. The breakfast spread was different each day. So it doesn't get boring. Nothing to complain.

This was the best stay I ever had until now. I have not seen this kind of hospitality from any of the other resorts. The view and the location of this resort is top notch. Such a beautiful property, so nice hospitality. Best value for money. There is nothing about this property that one wouldn't like..

The accommodation was lovely, with fabulous views. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. The swimming pool was perfect for a swim. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a great place to stay. Nothing

Incredibly welcoming and friendly personnel, with manager Thomas as the superhost! He arranged a very nice rickshaw driver for us, that took us a whole day all around the area. Beautiful venue and view. Highly recommend! One cannot walk to the city centre, you'll need your own vehicle or a rickshaw.

The stay was very comfortable and rooms and bathrooms were clean and maintained. I loved the lunch served. the service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and quick at service . 1. Breakfast was not at all good. except for omelettes. Nothing was tasty. please work on this. change d chef. 2. SPA was only for namesake. Both the masseuse were friendly and professional but they did not justify the massage. they have to improve their technique. 3. TV was too small . none of the remotes were working n wall clock also was stuck. 4. showers to be fixed water was over flowing from the Shower. 5. there were no storage cabinets in the room.
