Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Free drinking water refills. Good location near the bus stand, but relatively quiet. There were some power cuts which also affected the wifi connection. Mosquitoes in the room.

Lovely accommodation in a cute little town. Our room was large with a cute extra little sofa-setup and had a magnificent view into the hills (photo attached). A clean and very comfortable place to spend a night or two. The staff and Jayes in particular were incredibly helpful and helped us with further transport and other information regarding our trip. The town is supercute, a few local cafés and great little restaurants, there are even two cinemas and we went to see a movie. A lovely stopover before heading further into Wayanad's hills. Nothing to complaint, the place was great.
