1) on site staff were nice 2) The surrounding scenery was nice . 3) Breakfast was tasty. 1)As per the description provided in booking.com . It was an air conditioned room. But it was not the case. 2) old non maintained rooms and missing toiletries. Bought to their notice . 3) Manual mixing of hot and cold water in a bucket in the bathroom. There was no provision for missing the water in the shower. 4) no mosquito nets in the window . 5) as per the pics displayed .I didn't see any swimming pool in the property. 5) food is of less variety.

Also, stream of water from Chambra mountain range is viewable and accessible from property. Overall nice accommodation. Food provided is not that great and not hot. Instead of serving at room, it is better to have dining space for the same.

Location and the environment Manager did not treat us well, did not provide glasses when requested and tea/coffee was also not provided even after requesting

Only the view was good, in fact the shed which is coming in the view was all dirty. You can check the pictures I have posted to confirm the condition. I would recommend not to book A shaped cottage. It is in a very bad condition. And you will wonder why you wasted that much money? The entire place isn't maintained at all, the washroom was in very old condition and broken everywhere, the wash basin and cupboard under the basin was all broken. The entire room wall has cracks all over and looks unpleasant everywhere. All the room and balcony lights were not working, few of them were working. The view was obstructed by a very dirty shed which is part of the cottage, that's all you will be able to see from the balcony. All and all the place is nothing like the pictures posted by the hotel, it's very old and broken everywhere.

Breakfast was acceptable. It looks home made. But unfortunately served as cold. i didnt like the smell in the room and the receiption. They should have use some room freshners.

Breakfast was not what we were told we got. Maybe they didn't notice. But we got the same food that we clearly did not want to eat. My kids struggled to eat it.
