Called to make sure pool was open, as that was the only reason for booking and got there and found out pool was closed.

Staff was extremely helpful during our stay.

I have stayed in lots of hotel suites with our family of 6 - all in a similar price range. This was the best by far. The room was so spacious and clean. People were outside enjoying the firepit area - we didn't go, but looked nice. The breakfast was unbelievable for the price range! We don't eat pork and there was turkey bacon, turkey sausage, & chicken patties in addition to the pork items. They had waffles and Oatmeal and yogurt with all kinds of fixings. Also eggs and potatoes, bagels, etc. Coffee was good and available 24/7. We were just there for the night, but it was perfect and a great price.

Breakfast was rough, but everything else was fantastic for the price.

Jackie and Suzanne were incredible. Kind and welcoming. Very hard working. The hotel was clean and neat. The room was Spacious and comfortable. The bed was good and there's a kitchen area in the room. Convinient location off major highways

The rooms and the hotel overall were very clean and everything looked like new or recently renovated. We stayed overnight but for the guests staying longer there's everything: the kitchenette, plates, silverware and even dish soap and dish sponge, everything new and packed. But what gives this hotel a soul and made me smile every time was the people working here. The staff members are incredibly sweet and friendly and helpful. I can't but mention Jackie who works at the front desk. My son didn't find any hot sauce at the breakfast area (and it wasn't supposed to be there), so Jackie kindly gave him a Tabasco bottle from her personal belongings, how sweet is that!

I had an awesome experience/interaction with Jackie upon arrival and check-in process. Suzanne helped me extend my stay at the hotel when I thought this would not be possible. I would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area.

Rooms were so comfortable,place is so convenient and staff is extraordinary nice and super friendly. Nothing I can think of.

Although breakfast was free, it was underwhelming. There was cereal, but no milk. There was a variety of eggs, bacon, and ham, but the set-up made it difficult to grab the items you wanted. The juice machine was broken 3 of our 4 days there. Staff were cordial and friendly, but nothing that exceeded expectations. The washing machines were dirty - front loaders with visible mildew in the window. Overall passable, but we would not re-book this hotel.

Location was good and it was nice to have free breakfast in the morning Bed was very uncomfortable and the pool was dirty. There was tons of hair in the pool so we did not get to stay in and enjoy the pool which was disappointing.

My three kids were in the pool around 9pm they close the pool at 10pm and the maintenance guy had the brilliant idea of shutting off the lights while they were still there.. Hes lucky i didnt smack the stupid out of him!!

Everything was good I did request extra pillows and never got them. The pillows were very flat More pillows and firmer pillows and when we got to the room at 500 it was just being cleaned after 2 days
