Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waynesboro East by IHG

Location was good. Breakfast was descent. Had to pay for parking- there was nowhere else to park but the parking lot at the hotel. Had to pay a security deposit after arriving- after I had already prepaid for the entire stay on Booking.com The ceilings were very thin- we could hear every footstep the people above us made Weird noises coming from the elevators-

Staff was very helpful and presented a positive outlook in each of our encounters. Good, good staff. The chair in 520 wasn't my favorite style.. the height adjustor didn't appear to work.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff provided excellent, attentive service from start to finish. Our room was spotless, featuring an incredibly clean and comfortable king bed that made a great night sleep. The included breakfast was a fantastic bonus with a great variety—everything from yogurt, fresh apples, and cereal to hot options like eggs and pancakes. Would definitely stay here again! N/A
