Staff very friendly and helpful. Tea coffee and biscuits Room was poor. Grubby looking - not due to poor cleaning but lack of maintenence, paint chips etc. Room 16 Very large crack in wall from floor to ceiling (approx 2cm wide). Very warm as windows dont fully open. Fan available but was on a high shelf and didnt notice until we were leaving (own fault!) perhaps leave on dressing table during warm spells.

Lg comfy bed , Staff were polite, location was lovely. tea tray was lovely to have. Our fault we should have asked for a ground floor. Bathroom toilet handle not fitted correctly, bath panel needed some attention, Shower tap was so tight found hard to turn on . Ramp nr reception needs a little care as had slightly uplifted slabs not so great if older people.

Friendly staff, good location Balcony was a little unkempt

Free onsite parking. Powerful shower. The accommodation was tired and in need of a refurbishment, it looked very rundown. Every floorboard creaked and some dipped when walked on. The restaurant served very average food, quite tasteless. Mashed potato was definitely powdered.

The location is great being close to the Weedon village and also the canal and motorway. The hotel is 20 min drive rom Silverstone which was our main reason to visit. There were plenty of bars and cafes nearby with music and memorabilia and some with their own brewery. Friendly staff and a good breakfast in a nice restaurant, Plenty of parking space. The hotel needs a bit of TLC

It was a good layout and good parking. A pub adjoining with a plenty of food options. The walks were peeling. The bathroom fan wasn’t working. There was no air con bothers was no mini fridge. The floor was dirty. There was rubbish and dead bugs under the bed.
