Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel

The hotel was in beautiful area with NYC VIEWS. Easy commute to and from the city. Quite and historical interesting area. Close to ferry to water taxi and close to eatting area. The room was a little outdated but nothing to cry about

Here are the main issues I encountered during my stay: Broken Elevator: The elevator was completely out of order, making it a hassle to get up and down with luggage. Filthy Carpets: The carpets throughout the hallways and rooms were visibly dirty, heavily stained, and clearly haven't been washed in a long time. Missing Essentials: The bathroom lacked the absolute basics. There was no shampoo or body soap provided when I arrived. Faulty A/C: The air conditioning unit made a strange, loud rattling noise all night and barely cooled the room down, making it very difficult to sleep. Honestly, there are very few reasons to stay at this hotel. You are much better off booking somewhere else that actually cares about cleanliness and guest comfort. Save your money!

Staff and Rooms were mazing they even accommodated putting me and my family’s room together absolutely spectacular crew and hotel !

Spacious and clean rooms, prompt room service and great views of the skyline from the room. Free parking is cherry on top ! This was my second time staying here and will be back again.

The only pro to this hotel was the location right on Lincoln Harbor. Our room had several issues. Certain outlets didn’t work, weird divots in the floor, AC unit was very noisy, sink was leaky, and the shower pressure was abysmal (seriously, we’ve had better pressure at a campsite). Phone also didn’t connect through to the front desk. Staff was nice, but overall experience was very disappointing. Will not be going back.

Get a room with a view, it is worth it. The skyline looks unreal it is so beautiful. Ferry is steps outside of the hotel, super convenient. If visiting NYC, I would highly recommend this place!

- The room was clean. - There were parking spaces available all the time - The location was great. - We had complimentary water bottles, coffee and tea in the room. - They have a complimentary water dispenser in the first floor (cold and hot water) which was very useful and convenient. The NOT so good stuff: - Despite we're in the 21 century the room did not have a mini fridge (despite the hotel high rates), I asked for one, but they told me they only the really expensive rooms have a mini fridge. - The bathroom sink was leaking. - The A/C was VERY noisy and did not work well, the room was always warm. - The staff is not super kind, actually a little rude. - Despite the location is great, the only grocery/convenience stores at a walking distance close at 8:00pm. - Dirty towels were collected, but not replaced, I had to call to request clean towels.

Location is good but property is outdated.

Amenities include a decent Gym with dumbbells, treadmills and a cable machine. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for visiting manhattan. Ferry is on site to take you there. Panoramic room has amazing view of the city.

Great location!

The water taxi to midtown is literally steps from the lobby. At the pier on the other side there are busses to take you across town north or south. My only issue was the first boat was not until 10 am on Saturday and Sunday so plan accordingly. The property is not new or newly renovated and It shows in the room fixtures. Some surfaces show wear and tear and the design and carpet seem dated and old. Then again if it were new or recently renovated I probably could no afford it. It was clean and safe and did I mention the view? Fantastic.

I asked them for 30 minutes late check out cuz i have meeting they refused and the guy was so rude to me when he talking on front desk
