Property was clean. The hotel was clean the first room that they gave us. The staff had not cleaned it so they had to give us a different room overall good experience.

Did not have reservation that was paid for thru hotels.com

There was 1 pillow and 1 blanket.

Staff was very helpful and made my stay pleasant. Room was clean and parking was fine.

My key card did not work to get back into my room. I came down 3 times changed the card and desk receptionist had to go up to my room and change the battery herself since they did not have maintenance staff available. She was very helpful.

only 1 bar of soap and 1 tiny tube of shampoo. no iron and no ironing board. this same thing happened to the guy in front of me 3 times. he finally left. i'll never go back there

The smell of weed

It took a hour to check in due to a hockey tournament going on so they should’ve been better prepared. Upon entering our room, it smelled like fish, so we had to have the window open the whole weekend with the air conditioning pumping there was a whole punched in the bathroom door, broken cabinets in the bathroom. I killed a small baby cockroach and the people before us stole the cable box and the remote so we had no television the whole weekend. We would’ve complained and gone to another hotel but due to the tournament everything was sold out everywhere. It was a bummer staying here . Sorry

No vayan jamás a ese hotel. La entrada está prevista para las 3 pm y eran casi las 8 pm y la habitación no estaba lista. Y cuando entramos el mal olor nos dio la bienvenida.

7:30am Asked 3 housekeepers if maintenance was in bc toilet backed up. THEY HANDED ME A PLUNGER!!!! After returning plunger I went to front desk, asked to get just toilet cleaned as I was checking out but wanted to bathe before I left. $50 Charge!!! Because THEIR Toilet Malfunctioned!! " We're a longer stay hotel and we only clean your room once every 14 days!!!" OMG!!! The had to clean it anyway!!

Location Few things were damaged. The bathtub floor was cracked and soft. The refrigerator was rusty, the bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Only one person on staff. Absolute waste of money. Took several HOURS to check in as they only had one housekeeper for the entire facility. Garbage management. Stay far away.

Very busy weekend as we were there for a hockey tournament across the street. Long line to check in with one person running the desk, was very friendly, but took almost 30 mins. Floor in our room hadn't been swept/vacuumed (crumbs and dog food on floor) or even mopped, wiped up some water after bathing and the towels were black. No toilet paper to be found in the room. Bathroom vent cover was laying on the counter with the tiny screws as if maintenance forgot to put it back when finishing work (wouldn't have been as big an issue if we weren't traveling with a toddler). Having a small fridge and a microwave was nice to have for snacks. The beds were not very comfortable. The price was right, but won't plan on coming back with other options just as close. No breakfast included as others in the area.
