Overall it was very nice . The morning breakfast was huge and everyone at the hotel flocked to it in the morning . Not a lot of parking . And the Girl in the evening was only concerned about being able to sit outside . She wasn’t concerned at all about what was good for the Hotel ,just herself . If you don’t want to work , go home !. My guess is she was the only one working & got overwhelmed with people checking in at 3 to 4 p.m. . Minus these two things , place was really nice . Would stay again !

We stayed 3 nights and never got any housekeeping services. Otherwise nice place.

The building was new and seemed clean. I called late the night before check in. I told them I would be delayed and arriving very late. My reservation was cancelled. I was there for seven nights and the key card system did not work the entire time I was there. Staff had to manually let you into the building. There were times we waited up to 10 minutes to be let in. Seems to be a staffing problem.

The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Everything was wonderful except there was a computer glitch . We weren't able to get the normal key. It only worked on our room so it was a pain to get back in the hotel and pool area. There should have been another person working to just let people in.

Everything from the room accommodations, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and abundant breakfast spread, this Home2Suites is by far the best!

Very clean and we loved our stay.......still having problems getting a receipt for our stay. They told us get it from Expedia and Expedia says we should get it from the hotel. We are getting neither.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Rooms were immaculately cleaned perfect amenities! Breakfast was such a nice bonus!

The location was convenient and the hotel was clean and updated.

This is a great hotel in a great location but this stay had glaring flaws. The pool was filthy the back patio tables had street people hanging out all day, not ideal for a family reunion with young children.

Staff very helpful and friendly. We have stayed here several times, love the breakfast and pool.

Went to a sporting event and stayed in one of the suites with our daughter and her friend. It was large space and worked well for us.

The carpets were very stained and dirty in the room, and the pool was murky

Everything about the stay was great, with the exception of the computer being down and delaying check in by 3 hours. That said, Tina at the front desk scrambled to make it happen even before the system was restored that evening. Her willingness to go over and above to rectify a challenging situation is why I would definitely recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton Milwaukee West to anyone looking for a classy hotel with staff that go the extra mile to make it happen!
