Room clean. Plenty of towels. Staff friendly and responsive. Enjoyed breakfast every day, especially the cinnamon rolls. All kinds of shopping and restaurants nearby

The staff was all so very kind. It was such an expensive night though, (we’re here for the tennis tournament, so I imagine the rates reflect that…). The bathroom was out of hand soap, body soap. There were two Kleenex in the box. We got back late only to find the pull out sofa had no sheets. After calling down for them, we realized the pull out was broken. If the upkeep of the hotel reflected the nice staff, it would be a good place to stay.

The staff was excellent. I had the opportunity to chat with several working the front desk and each one was helpful, friendly, and informative.

This was a beautiful hotel on the surface. When trying to check in, we were told to hold on while the person at the front desk finished what they were doing in their personal phone. The room also appeared nice, but the floors were so dirty our feet were filthy. Didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. Then we were bullied out of eating breakfast 6 minutes before it was shut down with plenty of food sitting out still. Pros, the beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains made for a great overall sleeping experience.

Receptionist nice Had to get a different room. Was disgusted...the first room we went in had bed all made up. When checking room soiled areas all over the bed and blood on pillowcase...not old soaked thru into pillow. Nothing was cleaned obviously or changed. Felt disgusted told them and got different room. But no upgrade? No discount? Im sure if the room in 508 wasnt clean and had visible soiled areas the look of the clean room in 504 wasnt truly cleaned. Why you should always check your room.

The room was very clean and tidy. Hotel staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was pretty average for a free continental breakfast. Overall very positive, I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The entire facility was clean and well cared for. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but the breakfast lady, Tina, was the absolute best!
