Room was not cleaned very well. Hair was all over bathroom sink and stuck to shower walls. Mildew/mold in the shower. The WORST part was that the mattress topper had blood and urine stains! The stains showed through the sheets. Night 1 I had to sleep on top of blankets. The next morning, I asked the front desk to change out the mattress topper which they did not! I had to sleep on top of the blankets again. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Holiday and most certainly will not stay here again.

Only there for a quick surgery so we didn’t spend much time outside of the room. The room was great tho!

Holiday Inn express never disappoints. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a great breakfast buffet.

Our air conditioning didn’t work and they didn’t have any other rooms open. We had to change hotels

Very good hotel, super friendly staff... Stayed for 6 nights and was a great stay. Good infrastructure, nice breakfast, good gym, great room space and bathroom is very good. Lots of restaurants very close (but walking distance).

Mattress was lumpy and bed squeaked when sat on or moved. Light was out on area outside of bathroom making it difficult to see how to use the coffee machine. Breakfast was good but coffee was terrible. I don’t like having to pay a $50 deposit for incidentals when they have my card on file. I will not be using Holiday Inn Express again.

Room smelled like feet and air conditioning not working. Night staff was far from helpful. Morning staff credited $25 which was at least something but the credit disappeared off bank statement as quickly as it was given!!!

Loved the provided dove toiletries and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The breakfast attendant was super friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to interstate and lots of restaurants nearby.

After having issues with no air conditioning we were told that the only two options were to have a fan or leave and get a refund. While I am understanding that issues arise, the staff acted like this was a huge inconvience for them and wouldn't help. The pool was down and there was no communication of this prior to traveling, which I've experienced with Holiday Inn's
