The bad part about my stay was that the stairs are on the outside of the building. It was pouring down rain when I arrived. The man in the kiosk at the front desk told me my room was on the 2nd floor but told me the wrong building. So after dragging my bag upstairs in the rain, I had to turn around and go back downstairs in the rain walk to the next building outside in the rain and upstairs to the 2nd floor again. I was drenched and exhausted.

Really clean and really nice helpful staff. Plan to stay there anytime in Columbia. Highly recommend.

The front desk attendant was nice. The room had dirty towels. The bed sheets weren’t even changed. They were just folded nice but there was other peoples hair and stuff in them.

It was convenient for our needs. Just a place to sleep after ging to a concert. For the price of the room, it would have been nice to have some kind of a breakfast. Had problems getting the tv to work. Had to call the front desk to have someone come and program the tv before we could watch it. They could make it easier to access. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Had like a sink whole in it.

Urine stains on comforter. Cockroachs. Yellow white towels. Breakfast worse yet. Yogurts machine broken. 1 little cup cake. No eggs or exc. Coffee was dirty water.

Check-in was very easy get it to book.com confirmation Credit Card guy was very curious and professional front desk. I didn’t have the washcloths but ass gave it to me so very professional always love Quality Inn
